Role Description
Our client is a Multi-Billion Dollarleader in meat processing with products found in retail, foodservice, and the private label space. This position is hands on and will lead the R&D programs for the company's value added products.
This is an onsite position and can be based in one of 3 locations- KY, IN, or MI.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Food Science
- 5+ years' experience developing products in the protein category
- RTE, Value Added, Processed protein experience highly preferred
- Concept through Commercialization
